Persona's assessment process

Persona´s process is based on the guidelines of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to secure the quality and ethical aspects of the assessment. We can consult with you in establishing the requirement profile. We use adequate scientific test methods and competency based interview technique.

Requirement analysis

Primarily a requirement analysis is carried out to gain a solid understanding of the organization, the position and the assessment criteria. If desired, we can consult you in forming of the requirement profile.

Assessment

Based on the requirement analysis, various assessment methods are combined in order to provide a profound valuation. We use a competency-based interview to validate the test results. The candidate is given thorough personal feedback.

Conclusions

We present our conclusions in dialogue with our clients to ensure quality and ethics. We provide our overall assessment based on the test results and the behavioural interview. Persona’s consultants always give a clear recommendation.

Follow-up

It is important for us to ensure the quality of our assessments. We follow-up on candidates’ performances and behaviours when they have been in their position for approximately 9 – 18 months.
